I pride myself on maintaining a thorough understanding of the market. I lead by example and the sharp agents on my team follow my lead. As a direct result of our team, processes, and marketing efforts, in 2020 Utah Real Estate achieved a Sold Volume of $191,468,107 and completed 448 Transactions.

Over the years, I have developed systems that allow my team to follow up with leads within moments of the first interaction. My client care team goes to great lengths to ensure showings are available at the buyer’s earliest convenience. In fact, I have established a process which allows me to show a property within 60 minutes if buyers so choose (based on seller availability).
