Balanced

Nothing too pronounced, but rather, styles that take pride in finding a balanced middle ground. Balance is something that can be aimed for in most styles, although in today's market, the majority want beer flavor profiles that land in the extremes... Very pale light beers with minimal ingredients or the opposite, big beers with tons of Hops or Malt or Fruit or whatever.

If You're New to Independent Craft Beer...

We welcome you to this craft beer culture of exploration.

For too long the only options on the shelf and in the restaurants and bars were very similar tasting yellow fizzy drinks called beer. Beer looked the same in the glass and tasted only a little different depending on which mega company made it.

Beer is far more diverse than that and we're seeing that diversity from independent craft brewers all over the world. That's what we celebrate & so we're glad you're joining us.

As you try different styles...

It's Normal for your Tastes to change

We hear this all the time and most of us have experienced this ourselves... and that is, it's hard to drink certain beers that used to be our favorite. Without naming names or styles specifically, just know it's normal to develop new favorites and as a result have a hard time even still liking old ones.

This is probably the most true for folks that now drink IPA or India Pale Ale style beers with regularity. Once your palette has learned to appreciate the IPA, other styles (perhaps more mainstream) become less appealing and in some cases down right disgusting.
